How to request for refund of your purchase through your iPhone or iPad
There is not any feature provided into the iTunes and App Store to report for your problem.
1.    Open ‘Mail’ on your iPhone or iPad.
2.    Find ‘your receipt from Apple,’ if it will not appear.
3.    Look for the receipt of the purchase you want to take the refund, and tap on it.

4.    Click on the ‘Report a Problem’ button of the purchase you want to take a refund.
5.    Click on the drop-down button of ‘Choose Problem’ and pick a problem from the list.
6.    Go with the prompt options and submit your problem.

How to request for refund of your purchase through iTunes of Mac/Windows
1.    Open ‘iTunes’ on your Mac or Windows device.
2.    Go to the ‘Account’ section.
3.    Sign in with your Apple account’s username and password, when sign in window prompted.
4.    Open your ‘Purchase History’ by clicking on ‘See All’ text.
5.    On the purchase history screen, click on the ‘More’ button to view more app. you can also select a date limit from the dropdown options just below to the purchase history heading.
6.    When you find the app you want to request for the refund, click the ‘Report a Problem’ hyperlink given just below the product name.
7.    Click on the drop-down button of ‘Choose Problem’ and pick a problem from the list.
8.    Go with the prompt options and submit your problem.
