your iPhone or iPad

to report for your problem.
1. Open ‘Mail’ on your
iPhone or iPad.
2. Find ‘your receipt
from Apple,’ if it will not appear.
3. Look for the
receipt of the purchase you want to take the refund, and tap on it.
4. Now, tap on the
blue color text ‘Report a Problem.’ It will just next to purchase. This will

5. Now, type your

4. Click on the ‘Report
a Problem’ button of the purchase you want to take a refund.
5. Click on the
drop-down button of ‘Choose Problem’ and pick a problem from the list.

1. Open ‘iTunes’ on

5. On the purchase

given just below the product name.
7. Click on the
